Our Covid-19 Information For Guests -
From February 2022
Many of the extensive safety procedures which we have had in place during 2020 and 2021 are no longer deemed necessary by the Government and any legally enforceable elements have been removed. We will maintain an up-to-date risk assessment and continue to adhere to any and all guidelines issued for the hospitality industry for the safety of our guests and ourselves.
We will continue to contact all of our guests approximately 48 hours before they arrive to discuss their requirements and are happy to answer any questions or address any concerns at that time. We will do all we can to make sure that everyone has a comfortable and safe stay with us and that their individual needs are met.
Face masks remain optional. If you would like us to use a face mask in any situation, please do feel free to ask.
Hand sanitiser will remain available throughout the guest house and anti-bacterial hand wash is provided in all rooms. Additional cleaning of high tough point areas throughout the guest house such as door handles and hand rails will continue and all rooms will be thoroughly cleaned with industry approved cleaning products between all stays. We will ventilate communal areas as much as possible.
If you become unwell or test positive for Covid-19 within 14 days of your arrival date, please do contact us to discuss your options. Whilst we try to remain a flexible as possible, our standard terms and conditions in relation to cancelation within 7 days of arrival date do apply and we advise taking our travel insurance to cover any losses.
